💋 Kassaria Returns & Refunds Policy

For orders placed on or after March 30, 2025

We want you to feel completely confident with every Kassaria purchase. If for any reason you’re not in love, we offer free returns for a refund under the terms below:


✦ Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging and safety seals intact.
  • We only offer full refunds for eligible returns.

✦ How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@kassaria.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. If eligible, we’ll send you a return label. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a full refund for the full value of the returned item(s).

✦ What Can’t Be Returned

  • Opened, used, or tampered beauty products
  • Final sale items, gift cards, or personalized bundles
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing safety seals
  • Returns initiated beyond the 14-day window
  • Multiple return requests per order (we only cover shipping on your first return)

✦ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return eligible items for store credit and place a new order for the desired product.


✦ Orders Placed Before March 30, 2025

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, provided items are:

  • Unused, unopened, and in perfect sellable condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are not provided for refused deliveries or products returned without following the email return process.


✦ Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please email hello@kassaria.com with a description and photos/video of the defect within 30 days of delivery.


✦ Processing & Delivery Notes

  • Orders are processed in 1–3 business days
  • Shipping updates may take 3–5 business days to appear in tracking
  • Some items may ship separately depending on availability
  • We do not modify orders once placed
  • Orders marked “delivered” may take an extra 2 business days to arrive
